Check this link. Looks like Midwest Downhill Advocacy (the old Riven Downhill crew) is putting on an event at Nordic Mt. on May 21.
Also WORS is hosting a DH race there this year the weekend before the XC races. Should be a good year. Up for a road trip?

Not too sure. I havent been there yet when the lifts were running. I have been in contact with Rick the owner of Nordic Mt, and it sounds like WORS is not having a DH race there this year so they will be putting on their own DH race in the spring. He doesnt know too many details as of yet but is going to let me know. I'll be sure to pass the word to you if you would be interested.

Hey rosol, you ever get up to Nordic Mt anymore? I just discovered the place early last summer and I am in love! Me and a buddy of mine have been there quite a few times this summer and I can count one 1 hand the number of other bikers we have seen there. Kind of sad actually.....
